The terms and conditions below apply to reservations made by a natural person, unless a special arrangement has been made. Separate rules apply to group bookings of more than 10 people. The hotel reserves the right to apply special terms and conditions that differ from these in the case of public holidays, special events, seasonality or additional services that require it.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION
When booking a room, you need your name, address, date of arrival and departure and payment method. The room reservation is binding when confirmed orally or in writing and when you receive the reservation confirmation number. The hotel has the right to apply various types of rules such as booking fees or credit card guarantees to secure a reservation.
2. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The hotel room is at your disposal from 14:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of your departure, the room must be vacated by 10:00 AM. The hotel has the right to apply exceptions at check-in and check-out times listed above. For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed in private rooms, and the maximum capacity per room should not be exceeded. The room will be reserved for you until 19:00 on the day of arrival, unless another agreement has been reached at the time of booking or if the confirmed tariff or booking period does not include other special conditions. Otherwise, the hotel may consider the room booked after 19:00 hours free. In the event that you arrive at the hotel in accordance with the agreed arrival time, and the room you have booked is not available, the hotel can provide you with an equivalent room at no extra cost.
3. GUARANTEED RESERVATION
Customers with an invoicing contract can guarantee a reservation under the company name. As a guarantee method, Hotel Moment reserves the right to require either full or partial advance payment in order to guarantee the reservation. The prepayment amount and prepayment schedule will be agreed with the customer in writing.
4. CANCELLATION AND NON-ARRIVAL
Unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking, unless the confirmed tariff or booking period includes special conditions, the room may be cancelled until 19:00 on the day before arrival free of charge. In case you do not arrive and have not cancelled your reservation, the hotel is entitled to a charge equal to the first night including taxes and possible additional services per room on your credit card.
5. EARLY DEPARTURE
Early departure before the agreed day must be announced to the hotel no later than 19:00 the day before. If your reservation is for a few nights, the hotel has the right to charge you the entire amount for the entire stay. Early departure before the agreed day can also cause changes in the price of the room that has been previously confirmed.
6. PAYMENT
Hotel Moment accepts the most common credit/debit cards. The hotel is not obliged to accept foreign currency, vouchers, checks or credit/debit cards if it has not agreed to do so. In case the reservation is not paid in advance, it should be settled upon arrival at the hotel by cash or credit card. A reservation fee may be charged to Credit card as advance payment. This will be deducted from the final account.
7. BEHAVIOR OF GUESTS IN THE HOTEL
We follow nice manners and hotel rules at the hotel. In case of violation of these rules, you may immediately be removed from the premises. In such cases, you are still obliged to pay for the accommodation and additional services you have ordered. You may not claim a refund for payments already made. For safey reasons, private hotel rooms, such as hotel rooms, can only accommodate checked-in guests, while the maximum capacity must not be exceeded.
8. RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR VALUABLES
Your valuables can be stored in a safe in your room or can be stored by the hotel upon request. The hotel has the right to charge for the storage of these items. If the items you want to store are extremely valuable, you must inform the hotel before storing them. The hotel may refuse to store such valuables. The hotel is not responsible for the valuables stored in the safe in your room. The hotel is not responsible for damage or disappearance of vehicles in the hotel parking lot or valuables inside the vehicle.
9. GUEST'S LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE
As a guest, you are liable for damage caused intentionally or accidentally by you (for example caused by smoking or using an electric cigarette), your guest, or your pet in a hotel room or hotel premises. This also applies to hotel furniture and other equipment, to other guests in the hotel or their property. Liability for damage caused is determined by general principles.
10. RENTING HOTEL ROOMS FOR MINORS
Only persons over the age of 18 are allowed to make a reservation. An adult who reserves a room for a person under the age of 18 will be held liable for the minor, regardless of whether he or she is staying together with the minor. A minor traveling alone will need a letter of consent signed by the guardian. The letter must contain the name of the minor, the birthday and the dates of arrival and departure. A guardian’s name and contact are also required.
